2010-11: Earned Most Improved honors for cross country. Finished 27th at the MAC Cross Country Championships in 25:34.09. Finished fourth inthe 5,000m (14:48.97) and seventh in the 3,000m (8:37.73) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Set top outdoor marks of 8:38.83 in the 3,000m and 14:48.58 in the 5,000m. Named to Academic All-MAC Cross Country and Indoor Track teams.
2009-10: Raced in seven cross country meets. Placed 42nd at the MAC Cross Country Championships in 27:31.2. Set top 8K time of 25:49 at Paul Short Invitational. Set top indoor 3000m time of 8:58.89 at Cornell Upstate Challenge. Posted top outdoor 3000m time of 8:56.79 at Campbell/Wright Open. Turned in a 9:52.39 clocking in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big Red Invitational.
2008-09: Competed in seven cross country meets. Set top 8K time of 25:47.35 to place 18th at the Bowling Green Falcon Invitational. Finished 46th at the MAC Cross Country Championships. Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor track seasons.
High School: Earned four letters while captaining three seasons at Hauppauge High School for head coach Bill Maida. Earned all-state cross country honors in 2007, finishing 18th at the state meet (16:36.8). Led the Eagles to an undefeated record in cross country as a senior.
Personal: Born October 21, 1990. Son of Martin and Kimberley Conway. Has one brother (Nolan), two sisters (Zyndsey, Ryley). Favorite movie is Sleepaway Camp. Favorite book is The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and names Mark Twain as a non-sports hero. Majoring in mechanical engineering.
