MAC Announces Largest Men's & Women's Basketball TV Schedule In Conference History

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced the largest men's & women's basketball television schedule in conference history today. The extensive package features coverage over 80 MAC men's & women's basketball contests that will be telecasted nationally & regionally on linear platforms in 2016-17.

The MAC men's & women's basketball package includes games that will be aired on ESPN2, ESPNU, Fox Sports 1 (FS1), CBS Sports Network (CBSSN), American Sports Network (ASN), Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN) & Time Warner Cable Sports Channel (TWCS).

For the first time ever, both MAC Men's Basketball Semifinal games as well as the MAC Women's Basketball Tournament Championship Game will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network.

In addition, a total of 11 MAC institutions will be participating in the league's school content production program with ESPN. Each institution will provide a minimum of 35 athletic events as part of the agreement. Those games will appear exclusively on ESPN3.
